The rotunda of the Capitol is authorized to be used at any time on November 27, 2001, or December 4, 2001, for a National Day of Reconciliation where —
(1) the 2 Houses of Congress shall assemble in the rotunda with the Chaplain of the House of Representatives and the Chaplain of the Senate in attendance; and

Irrespective of what I think about the governing bodies of this country, I respect, without limits, what our troops are committed to.
I just realized that tomorrow I fly to NYC. A city I have been to so many times and yet, have never had to courage to visit that spot. THE spot. The reason we have to remember and respect.
I think this is the trip I need to make peace with the tragedy for myself.
For Doc Chako, whom I have never met, but who’s courage I respect.
Im new to your blog. (Im Dr Chako’s sister) That ad made me weep. Sometimes I forget the pain of 9/11 and we all should never forget. My brother is in the hell of war because of it and we all need him to come home soon and safe.
