What I believe in… a response to Astin’s post

Yeah, I know Astin, she is very smart and YOU got it, but I can’t tell her because then she will bounce off the walls.  The last surprise I told her about she thought it was a pony.  Because of this I have to remain aloof, but if she guesses it… GOOD for her.  Her and her brother need one of their own.

If I knew how using MT 4.0 could set up a password protected area where I could talk about work I would.  But I don’t know how.  Somedays I wish I did.

As for your Canadian Politics, sometimes the funniest things to watch is CBC Coverage of the Canadian Elections.  You guys are truly messed up!  It was a joke, I have a candidate (one of the majors) that I will vote for, but it is more fun to mess with people and make them try to figure out whom I’m voting for.  Cause I believe in getting drug dealers hooked on their own stuff, get them dt’ing and start over again, cruel maybe, punishment definitely.  But I also believe in a woman’s right to choose.  I believe that hunters should be able to bear arms, but not AK-47′s.  I believe that we should give a job to anyone who wants one and bring back the WPA, among other agencies and rebuild this country.  I believe that organized labor is what has made this country great but then again I don’t believe that they deserve everything they negotiate for in their contracts.

I believe that government BY the People, and not the lobbyists should rule this earth but know that it’s actually the opposite.  I think the DH should be abolished, the Black Sox and Pete Rose should be put into the Hall of Shame portion of the Hall of Fame.  I believe that we should shorten the regular season, give LESS playoff opportunities (HINT HINT NHL and NBA) and that I shouldn’t have to buy cable to watch “Monday Night Football”

I believe in giving people second chances and love but believe that my one chance for true love has gone.

I believe in hard work, clean living, and charity.

I believe in people doing things so I don’t have to (Thanks Doc Chako!)

I believe in my family, my friends and the Big Guy.

But I don’t believe in drinking and driving, addiction, cruelty, hate and rap music.

I am starting to believe in myself and I believe in you.

Thanks

What? 4 major parties which only 2 are viable for leadership with a 5th creeping in is messed up? Or is the the fact that 2 provinces make up nearly 50% of the seats? That we don’t vote for Prime Minister? The minority? :)

And I’m afraid no matter how hard you disbelieve it, rap music does exist. It’s not Tinkerbell after all. It’s not really music either.

    Viva la DH!

You forgot Oswald acted alone, open your presents on Christmas day instead of Christmas Eve, and long, slow, wet, deep kisses that last 3 days.

Most important, you should believe that people love you – especially when you are nice enough to give them the pick-me-up call for the day.

    Thanks, friend.

Change the word Canadian for American, change CBC to CNN, and you’ll get how we feel about your politics :-)

YOU guys are messed up *grins and ducks

I am so sad that I haven’t talked to you lately but you are still on my mind. I hope you know that blood will always be thicker than work, or phones, or my job, or your job, but I have not forgotten.

I know that you are doing well, and I hope you think the same. I am tired of the bullshit within our family and I want it to stop. I know that I can’t be perfect but I just want us to be friends, and brothers, without any extra drama on the side.

Shower your children with the love you have since day one, but please call me with a drop of it.

    voicemail again.

I’m not sure what I get more voicemail from my ex-wife or you brother. I’m thinking about you too. Just never can get a hold of ya!

    Love ya brother.

Have you thought of the following today?

Calling a lost friend? Smiling at a stranger? Laughing for no reason? Kicking someone you hate in the privates?
