Now there are very few times I use my blog for good, heh Just kidding, but I thought I would ask you as my readers to say a prayer for a friend. Shaina is a friend of mine who I met at the station when she was picking up a cd that she won. She has Osteosarcoma Cancer in her skull and is seeking treatment at M.D. Anderson Cancer Center in Houston. DO ME a favor, if you read Instant Tragedy or if you are a friend of mine please send her an email here. Tell her you are wishing her good luck and that you are praying for her. It doesn’t take much, just a couple of lines. Make a 19 year old woman feel special. I never ask my friends for much. Please do it for me.

Then do me one more favor. Tell three friends. Pay it forward.
