Not at all insane. Quite the opposite. I have a 18 month old daughter, kicked my husband out of the house and filed for divorce all in the same week and who was there for me when I needed a good cry and to comfort me like no other man ever has? Sean. He is more of a friend in that we’ve talked about and relied on the other in ways that most couples married 20 years never get to. He loves my daughter just as much as I his kids even though they haven’t yet met. Strange but true. Problem number 1…we live 1000 miles away and that isn’t a line from a Cowboy Junkies song. Problematic? yes. Am I going to fix it? HELL YEAH. My dad told me that I need to get in touch with my inner Texan…jump in the truck, sing some Terri Clark and Dixie Chicks the entire way to Uncle Ray’s in Austin and then call Sean and tell him that we can finally be together. Will it happen? YES SIR…. because daddy told me to.
